Domestic Orders

Shipping and Handling:
Orders received after 12pm (Noon) MST will be shipped the following business day. Tracking number(s) will be included in your Shipment Confirmation email. Because we ship everything through UPS, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. We will try to accommodate customers with unique shipping situations if contacted prior to ordering.

Standard Shipping:
Orders will be shipped UPS Ground.

2nd Day Shipping:
Orders will be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air.

Next Day Shipping:
Orders will be shipped UPS Next Day Air. Please note: The 12pm MST order deadline applies to Next Day shipping. Orders received after Noon are not guaranteed to be shipped until the following business day.

International Orders:

Cole Sport ships internationally on a limited basis. International shipments are restricted to clothing orders. Shipping cost is $65.00 US dollars. Delivery generally takes 1-2 weeks, but can take longer based on customs delays. The $65 shipping charge covers up to one jacket and one pant. Larger orders are subject to additional shipping charges. International customers are responsible for any and all duty, custom fees, and taxes. These fees vary, and can be quite high, so please investigate with your government’s customs department prior to ordering. There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. No exceptions will be made, so please do the necessary research on policy (fees and taxes) and product (style, color, and size) prior to ordering.

Order Fulfillment:

Due to the unique nature of our offering, quantities are extremely limited. In rare cases, items are purchased from our retail floor before we can physically obtain them to fulfill online sales. Please accept our deepest apology for this inconvenience.

At Cole Sport we are very proud of our customer service and hate to disappoint our customers in any way. In the event that we are unable to fulfill an order, we apologize for not living up to your expectations in this instance, but thank you for enduring our growing pains into the world of online sales.
